3. Tertiary jobs

These jobs require communication skills and often involve direct interaction with customers or consumers. Tertiary workers must have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to adapt quickly to different situations. 

 

4. Quaternary Jobs

Quaternary employment involves knowledge-based work, the creation and dissemination of information and ideas, such as research and development, technology and consulting. These jobs require advanced training and skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving. Workers in Quaternary jobs often work in specialized fields and need to be able to collaborate with others to achieve specific goals.
